The Land Transportation Office (LTO) would like to know your thoughts!

We are in the process of testing the social media pages of LTO. This includes Dear LTO, Text LTO and LTO Online.

Dear LTO is a public service page which will provide Filipinos an avenue to voice out their opinions on how the Land Transportation Office of the Philippines’ service can still be improved. This facebook page also aims to inform its readers the services that the LTO offers such as Text LTO and LTO E-Transact. With this medium, our aim is to reach out to our readers for the benefit of the motoring public and the Filipino people.

Text LTO is just one of the many services that the Land Transportation of the Office of the Philippines (LTO) offers. In the Philippines, where ‘texting’ has become a way of life, Filipinos can inquire about the services offered by the LTO such as driver’s license application, driver’s license renewal, and motor vehicle registration. The public can also utilize this avenue to raise their service-related and motorist concerns. Text LTO is also an avenue to support the Clean Air Act through LTO USOK, where commuters and drivers can report smoke-belchers.

Need LTO related documents but don’t have the time to go to an LTO Office? The LTO Online helps you process these documents online! The facility currently allows users to request for Law Enforcement and Traffic Adjudication System (LETAS) certification and Motor Vehicle (MV) certifications. A LETAS Certification provides information if the driver has pending apprehensions or has a clean driving record. With LTO Online, you have the ability to apply for these important certifications in your own home, at your own time. The best thing about it is, it gets delivered straight to your own home!
